  • Booking Policy
    A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • Strict 24 hour cancellation policy - should you need to reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours prior to booking • Cancellations within 24 hours / no show- any cancellations within the 24 hours will incur a $50 cancellation fee. No-shows will incur a $100 no-show fee. The booking fee of $50 will be forfeited. • Pricing information: pricing is individualised and specific to your treatment interests. Please book a consultation for pricing • Booking your appointment - new and existing clients can book by calling or texting The Aesthetics Lab at 519-564-6946 or online. A credit card must be provided at the time of booking. For all other inquiries, please feel free to call the clinic and speak with our friendly staff.
  • Appointment Reminders
    Confirmation email & SMS is sent out 48, 24 & 4 hours prior to your appointment. The Aesthetics Lab is committed to providing all clients with exceptional service, when a client cancels without enough notice, they prevent another client from having a sooner appointment. Please contact the practice as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment. Thank you.
