The technique used is called Nano Brows and what that is, is a single needle powered by a tattoo machine. Every hairstroke is hand-drawn individually which has little to no impact on the skin. This technique is semi-permanent and could last anywhere from 12+ months depending on how the individual retains the pigment.
There are 3 different Nano options:
A very natural hair stroke look. Great for clients who do not fill in their brows on a regular basis. Suitable for all skin types but heals the best on normal/dry skin.
This style is great for clients who prefer a make-up look with clean edges and soft Nano Strokes at the front of the brows. Suitable for all skin types. Heals the best for oily skin.
Fully shaded in brows that gradient from light to dark. Perfect solution for coverup tattoos. Great for those who love the look of perfect brows. Suitable for all skin types and is the best option for oily/problematic skin.
After your first Nano Brow appointment, you’ll be pre-booked for a two-month follow-up appointment.
The purpose of a follow-up appointment is to make any adjustments to the shape or colour based on the healed results. This follow-up appointment is optional but highly recommended.
Annual touchups are recommended to maintain the shape and colour of the tattooed eyebrows.
Clients with normal to oily skin can experience longer-lasting results with our Nano Brow Technique vs Microblading. This technique offers several benefits such as:
• Improved shape and colour retention
• Less frequent touch-ups, which leads to better skin integrity
• Higher client satisfaction rate
• Reduced pain and minimal risk of skin tearing during the procedure
• Save time getting ready
• Smudge-proof, water proof and life resistant
We use Permablend pigments. The ingredients are a combination of powdered pigments, glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, aqua, rosin, and DMDM hydantoin.
Permablend pigments are gamma-ray sterilised, vegan and cruelty-free.
It is advised to email your permanent makeup artist with clear pictures for approval first, before booking your appointment online.
The tattoo must be VERY faded in order to work over or corrected. Client must be willing to go darker than existing colour.
Working over other artists work is often times more work than working on a blank canvas and for that reason we DO NOT touchup other artist’s work for touchup pricing.
All New Client Appointments are scheduled for four hours. In this time frame, our experienced artists will provide the consultation, shaping and tattooing all in one appointment.
For the consultation portion, we take careful consideration of each client's eye shape, bone structure and personal preference.
Before proceeding to the tattoo portion of the appointment, we carefully measure and outline a shape that is the most flattering for the client's features.
We will suggest a shape that is the best suited for the client and once the client approves the shape we will proceed to the tattooing process.
